These two topics will help you Evolve your Business Growth Strategy
and clarify your path to ongoing business success, working on your strategic growth plans and clarify the steps to bring your team on the journey.
Day 2 - 21st October

This session will be split into two, first half will take you through our Improving Leadership and Influence Workbook. Where you will develop your leadership abilities and enable you to apply the right approach to get the results you want.
The second half of the day will be around Employee Engagement where we will further your understanding of employee engagement, its impact
on you and your organisation and challenge you to improve this key driver of success.
